Simon Pickford
Simon has 15 years experience of transforming, rationalizing and re-designing organisations often in challenging situations. His skills and techniques include business process and lean re-engineering, shared services, merging organisations, outsourcing, working with partnerships and better procurement practices. Latterly he has been working with clients to find innovative ways of improving service delivery whilst controlling costs. Prior to this he was maanging major projects for a 'Big 4' consultancy firm within public and private sector organisations. He is currently leding the GKS pharmaceutical project for the 2012 Olympics.
Paul Woodhead
Paul has over 30 years manufacturing and operational experience working across a wide range of industry sectors and a diverse range of clients from owner-managed businesses to multi-national diversified groups in the private and public sectors. He worked forover 20 years with KPMG, as part of their international operational improvement and supply chain team and as regional leader of the M&A Transaction Services Operations Team. In a project/programme management role he has delivered a number of large and complex projects including major building, post acquisition restructuring and business restructuring projects. His skill set includes lean technology deployment, change management and operational transformation.
Roger Cowling
Roger is an associate and is a specialist in performance improvement with strengths in project management, capability analysis within organisations and the design and implementation of action plans. With a background in manufacturing and supply chain, he worked for a total of 20 years for KPMG. He has successfully completed many projects with clients in a wide range of sectors including defence, automotive, industrial and consumer goods, as well as national and local government departments.
