What we have shown below is an overall 6 stage process we have developed and been using. While the drivers of change in this 6 stage process are universal, the best approach varies by the type of organisation we are working with.
As a result we have developed different solutions for our individual clients, but this 6 stage process does illustrate the general approach for identifying and delivering the best Creative Strategy for an organisation.
